GARLAND is the ghost who builds the room and steps out of frame so you catch the light. Sparse, elemental, refrain-driven electronic music that treats a feeling like weather. Warm intimacy held in the middle of a lounge. Not one light among many: the source, the architect of light and shadow, owning both, needing neither. Named for a garland: a woven ring of living things passed hand-to-hand.
11:11 -the debut album, is the wish made literal. It opens with the choice to look: are we seen? — then moves through connection, shadow, fire, desire, and the depth under black water, becoming the source, integrating the two selves until both of you are real.
